Meet Kim Albrecht

Kim Albrecht offers more than 25 years of leadership experience and has held numerous management and executive positions while working within numerous industries. As a leader, Kim has personally managed, coached and mentored hundreds of employees throughout her career.

Kim joined the Living As A Leader® team in 2002. Her strong business background and personal leadership experience enables her to apply workplace leadership concepts and models in meaningful and pragmatic ways to support leaders at all levels. She places special emphasis on the need to drive business results while having concern and compassion for the people.

• Individually coached more than 1,500 leaders, from front-line supervisors to executives
• As a facilitator, trainer and coach, Kim has worked with more than 150 client organizations within numerous industries
• Experience working with executives and senior leadership teams
• Fully certified in The Living As A Leader® curriculum
• Extensive experience training a broad base of leaders in vast subject matter
• Serves as an active leadership speaker and highly experienced facilitator
