A Leadership Roundtable is a group of 8 – 10 leaders at a similar level of leadership who share a common interest in being a great leader.

Leaders in the Greater Milwaukee area who are at the supervisor, manager or director level.

Our roundtable groups will be comprised of 8 - 10 leaders per group.

• Each two-hour meeting will be comprised of some blend of content introduction or reinforcements, member leadership challenges, book review conversations, assessments and assessment debriefs.
• Roundtable meetings will be held at the Living As A Leader office.
• Each meeting will begin with a sharing of successes that have occurred between the last meeting and this meeting. The remainder of the agenda will be created as a next step.
• We will establish guidelines as a group for how we will interact during meetings, as well as how we will interact with one another outside of regularly scheduled monthly meetings.

• Members of the Leadership Roundtable will have two, one-on-one coaching sessions included in their membership in the roundtable. These may be used at any time.
• As-needed touch bases by phone.
• We will read and discuss two books over the course of our year together.
• Assessments will be included in the process. (DISC, StrengthsFinder, Thomas Kilman Conflict Mode Assessment, 360-Degree Feedback)
• Members of the roundtable who have an interest in comprehensive leadership development can join one of our Public Leadership Development Series at a discounted rate.

• You will gain insights and solutions to challenges you face in your leadership role.
• You will have a place to come to for support, accountability, idea sharing and progress.
• You will develop relationships with leaders who are in situations similar to yours.

• $300 per month for a 12-month period
• $3,000 if paid annually
